Varming Consulting Engineers were commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical building services installations for the full CAT A and CAT B fit out of all floors in Building P3 Eastpoint for Citrix Ireland.
The building is the new corporate headquarters for Citrix Ireland and the architectural fit out includes a mixture of exposed open slab ceilings, open sectional timber zones and floating plastered sections.
All of which provided challenges to the mechanical and electrical design approach across the services disciplines, most notably the variety of lighting design solutions and the accommodation of a VRF simultaneous heating and cooling air conditioning.
The building is designed to a high standard throughout including a high specification requirement of AV installation and high density of comms with IT labs, MDF rooms and sub comms rooms on all levels.
