Varming Consulting Engineers were commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical services installations for the Performing Arts Building, incorporating two performance workshop theatres, the Tower Theatre and the Main Theatre, along with dance performance studios, recording spaces, music performance practice rooms, seminar rooms, exhibition areas, and an international research centre and cafeteria.
