Charlestown Development Phase 2 Shortlisted for ACEI Awards

Varming Consulting Engineers are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2022 Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland “Mechanical & Electrical – Large project” for the Charlestown Development Phase 2, Dublin.

Phase 2 of the Charlestown Development consists of 6 new blocks of apartments totalling 365 new units, a creche and a selection of commercial retail units at ground floor level. The apartment types consisted of a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed along with a duplex units with all new apartments required to be NZEB compliant in terms of thermal performance and renewable energy contribution.
