Varming Consulting Engineers were commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical services installations for this new college building which includes library, lecture theatres, auditoria and administration. An industrial support unit is also being added. The deep plan naturally ventilated library with teaching facility over 3 floors has large areas of glazing to parts of the building.
