Qualifications:

Recognised formal training course in AutoCAD / Revit MEP, supported by an appropriate Certificate and or Diploma.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CAD / BIM Technician using AutoCAD / Revit MEP, working within a team of technicians and engineers.

Recognised relevant qualification.

Responsibilities:

Follow CAD/BIM content standards and development procedures.

CAD/BIM MEP Modelling across Mechanical and Electrical services.

Adhere to Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.

Using AutoCAD / Revit MEP for drawing production including General Arrangements, Sections and Detail Views.

Run clash detection on models and generate clash detection reports.

Resolve clashes across Mechanical and Electrical services using Revit software.

Preference:

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and who can demonstrate a working experience within the MEP field.
