One Park Place, Two Park Place, Three Park Place and Station Building One & Two comprises 43,200m2. Four & Five Park Place comprises 18,300m2 of office accommodation. In addition, there is 800m2 of retail on the ground floor.
The developments ranges up to 11-storeys and consist of deep plan office development over single level basement car park located in the Dublin 2 Business District.
Each development has been customised for multiple tenant occupancy and Varming has been employed by both the landlord for the base builds shell and core and multiple tenants for either Category A or Category B fit outs.
