Varming Consulting Engineers where commissioned to design the mechanical and electrical services installations for this urban regeneration project consisting of the demolition of existing houses, the refurbishment of approx. 17 no. existing houses and the construction of approx. 60 no. new build dwelling houses including associated site facilities. It also consisted of façade improvement works to 12 no. retained owner occupied houses. The project was completed over 5 phases.
