Three Park Place Shortlisted for ACEI Awards

Varming Consulting Engineers are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2020 Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland “Mechanical & Electrical” and “Environmental Sustainability in the Build Environment” for Three Park Place.

Three Park Place is a 9 storey deep plan office development over single level basement car park located in the Dublin 2 Business District facing Iveagh Gardens. The development achieved a BER A rating, LEED Platinum and Wired Score Platinum accreditations and was developed by Clancourt / Lisrua DAC to meet the needs and expectations of corporate occupiers.
