Westward Scania Office, Roscommon

Varming Consulting Engineers is proud to have recently completed the new Westward Scania office in Strokestown, Roscommon. This 900m² development, valued at €3.5 million, represents a blend of modern design and sustainable engineering solutions.

This project involved the demolition of existing offices, followed by the construction of a new, fully fitted facility, encompassing reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, canteens, and all associated plant and equipment.

Key features of the project include:

• A large-scale photovoltaic panel installation.
• High Efficiency Air Source heat pumps to provide heating and air conditioning with integrated heat recovery.
• Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
• Compressed air modifications and end-to-end data solutions.
